CAN I RETURN AN ITEM IF I AM NOT SATISFIED?

Yes. FASHIONROME strives to always guarantee your complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within ten working days from the date you received the parcel.
In addition, please note that FASHIONROME may, from time to time, designate on the website other non-returnable merchandise. Any such designation will be noted on the product page of the merchandise which is non-returnable.
Ensure you have complied with the following return conditions: a Form must be filled out and sent by email to FASHIONROME within ten working days from the date you received the parcel, the item must be unworn, unwashed, modified and not damaged, the identification tag must still be attached to the products and the products must be returned in their original packaging. Products must be sent to FASHIONROME in just one parcel. FASHIONROME reserves the right to refuse garments from the same order if they are sent back at different times FASHIONROME must receive the goods within 30 working days of the date you received the parcel.
If the required conditions are complied with, FASHIONROME will refund the entire cost of the item.

HOW CAN I MAKE A PURCHASE?

Making a purchase on FASHIONROME is simple and easy. You don’t have to register or submit your data before ordering. Just search for what you have in mind using the search criteria presented on the Home Page and click on a product that you like in the search results. Each item is presented on a page with a photograph and brief description.
Once you have chosen a size and color combination on the product page you can place the item in your cart by clicking ADD TO SHOPPING BAG right under the photo. From there you can decide either to purchase the item (CONTINUE CHECKOUT) or to carry on shopping (CONTINUE SHOPPING).
If you decide to continue with the purchase, remember you can also select the type of delivery.
When you click CONTINUE CHECKOUT, you will be taken to the delivery address page, where you can enter the address where you want your order to be sent.
On the payment page you will be asked to enter your credit card details. Remember that all transactions at FASHIONROME are performed on a secure server and are VeriSign secured. Your credit card information will be protected (encrypted) and processed through a secure Payment System. Your credit card details are only visible to our Payment Processing Partner.
By clicking then on CONTINUE CHECKOUT, you will then advance to the confirmation page, where you can review all the details of your order and make any necessary changes before completing your purchase. When you then click on CHECKOUT all the information related to your order will be sent to FASHIONROME and you will receive a notification of the successful completion of your order.

IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION KEPT PRIVATE?

Please be assured that we consider all the information you share with us totally private and confidential. At no point will we share, rent or sell your personal information without your consent. For details please read the FASHIONROME privacy statement.
In order to register as a user at FASHIONROME, we will need to know your name, mailing address and email address. We will also need information including your billing address, shipping address, telephone number.
Please note that FASHIONROME does not keep your credit card details on the FASHIONROME website.
We may also use information we collect to inform you of new goods and services via emails.
If you do not wish to receive these emails, please send an email message to .

DOES FASHIONROME SELL FACTORY SECONDS OR DISCOUNTED PRODUCTS?

FASHIONROME sells the most recent Made in Italy designs . We are authorized by each of our designers to distribute their collections via the web. Our prices reflect the retail prices of traditional boutiques. FASHIONROME does not sell factory seconds or discounted products. FASHIONROME fashion editors choose each item from each designer because it is completely "of the moment."

HOW DO I KNOW IT WILL FIT?

As you know, many countries have different sizing systems. To find out your size you can view our size chart where we will guide you on the various size conversions. We also recommend you, read the Editor's Note accompanying the individual product information where we will highlight any useful information relating to the product that will help you to make a more accurate decision on what size to buy.

HOW WILL I KNOW YOU RECEIVED MY ORDER?

After you place your order, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been received. This does not mean your order has been accepted by us. Once your credit has been approved, the receiving address has been verified, and the item has been located, your order will be accepted and the item shipped. You will receive another e-mail notifying you if any of the items you ordered are not in stock, if this occurs the full amount of the invoice is returned to your credit card account.

FASHIONROME.COM HAVE SEASONAL SALES?

FASHIONROME, like offline shops, offers seasonal sales. Please note FASHIONROME cannot guarantee that its prices will be equivalent or equal to offline boutiques when they go on sale. Also, due to the exclusive nature of our stock, we can't guarantee that an item will still be available for purchase late in the season.

HOW MUCH WILL I BE CHARGED FOR SHIPPING?

Shipping costs will be calculated depending on the size, weight and destination of your package. All shipping is handled by FASHIONROME's carrier partner DHL.
The actual shipping cost for any specific purchase will be detailed for the client's approval prior to any purchase being completed.
