RETURN POLICY

Our purpose is to guarantee your full satisfaction. If, for any reason whatsoever, you are not satisfied with your order, you may exercise your right to return purchased products within 10 working days from the date on which you received them from FASHIONROME.COM. The products must be received by FASHIONROME within 30 working days from the date of your receipt thereof. The products may be returned by dispatching the package through the shipping agent indicated by FASHIONROME.

Terms and Conditions of Return
The right to return products shall be deemed correctly exercised once the following conditions have been fully met:

a. a return form must be sent by email to FASHIONROME within ten working days from the date you received the parcel;
b. the products have not been used, worn, washed, modified or damaged;
c. the products are returned in their original packaging;
d. the returned products are sent to FASHIONROME in a single delivery. FASHIONROME reserves the right not to accept returned products belonging to a single order that are returned at different times;
e. FASHIONROME must receive the goods within 30 working days from the date of your receipt thereof.

If you have fulfilled all requirements set forth above, FASHIONROME shall refund the entire price for the purchased products. Shipping costs for the delivery of the purchased products shall not be refunded. Shipping of returned products is free of charge if you decide to use DHL. If you decide to use a different shipping agent, shipping costs for the delivery will be charged to you. If the returned products cannot be accepted you will be notified of your failure to fulfill the conditions indicated above. In this case, you may choose to have the products delivered to you at your expense. If you refuse the above delivery, FASHIONROME reserves the right to retain the products and the sums paid for your purchase of the products.

Refund Times and Procedures
After FASHIONROME has received the returned products and checked the conformity of the products with all requirements, you will receive a notice of acceptance of the returned products by e-mail. the refund procedure will start within 30 days from when FASHIONROME learned of your decision to exercise your right to return the purchased products and once FASHIONROME has checked that the return was carried out in compliance with the above conditions.

The time period for refunding the sums you paid for purchasing is normally refunded after two bank statements have been issued. Please note that the currency exchange rate to be used for refunding the sums paid is the same as the currency exchange rate at the date of debit on your current account; consequently you will not be penalised in terms of bank interest.

As advised by FASHIONROME, returned products may be shipped by the package delivery company, DHL. If you use DHL, FASHIONROME will pay the shipping costs and track the package at any time. Please, contact us at to organise the pick-up.
